Christen Thonhoff
PT, DPT, CO-OWNER
Christen Thonhoff, co-owner of Elevation Therapy and Wellness has been a Physical Therapist for 20 years, serving Sublette County for 17 years. She graduated with her DPT from Creighton University in 2004. She previously worked in PA and Colorado before finding home here with her family in Pinedale Wy. Christen loves to run, backpack these gorgeous mountains, travel new places, bike, ski, and spend time outdoors with her family.
She has a love for treating athletes to get them back to play. She is certified in dry needling, spinal manipulation, muscle energy techniques, and women’s health. Christen treats many Women, both pregnant and post delivery. She builds relationships with her patients as a long term provider for all their physical needs. Her goal is to continue to provide quality and integrative physical therapy to all of Sublette County.

Sarah Gardner
PT, DPT, CO-OWNER
Sarah, a local to the area, is thrilled to be back in Wyoming with her husband and young daughter. She earned her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University before dedicating two years to volunteer work in Peru. Subsequently, she pursued her doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Utah. Sarah's passion lies in treating patients with neurologic conditions such as Parkinson’s, stroke, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis. Additionally, she holds certifications in dry needling, myofascial decompression, complex pain management, concussion treatment, foot and ankle rehabilitation, among others. Fluent in Spanish, she embraces the opportunity to communicate with patients in their first language.
With a diverse background of experiences, Sarah is always eager to expand her knowledge for the betterment of patient care. Outside of work, she can be found hiking, mountain biking, or skiing with her family and dog. Sarah is deeply committed to promoting pain-free health and is dedicated to empowering her patients to achieve their wellness goals.

Lindsi Loveday
PTA
Lindsi is a licensed physical therapist assistant that has been working in Sublette County for the last 7 years. She received a portion of her education from Idaho State University and graduated from the PTA program at BYU-Idaho in 2016. She loves the variety of settings that a rural area provides and has experience in outpatient, inpatient, home health, schools, and aquatic therapy. She especially enjoys working with pediatric and orthopedic patients. She was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy after recovering from a knee injury and is passionate about empowering others to live a full life with less pain and limitations.
Outside of work, Lindsi loves spending time with her husband and 3 boys. The mountains are her “happy place” and she fills her free time with camping, hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing. She also helps coach the Pinedale mountain bike team and gets to follow her boys from race to race in the Fall.

Abby Tanner
MS, CCC-SLP, SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Abby Tanner is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping individuals of all ages improve their communication and swallowing abilities. She earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Wyoming in 2022 and is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Abby has worked for Sublette County School District #1 for the past 3 years. Before moving to Pinedale, she worked in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings helping individuals with communication and swallowing impairments recover from traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and a variety of neurological disorders. Abby takes a client-centered, holistic approach to therapy by working closely with individuals, families, and caregivers to create practical, meaningful treatment goals. She assesses and treats clients in a wide variety of areas including speech production, language, swallowing, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and developmental disorders.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys running, reading, hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two dogs. She is excited for the opportunity to serve the residents of Sublette County!

Brandi, our Big Piney Office Manager and welcoming team member, is dedicated to ensuring your experience at Elevation is as seamless as possible. From scheduling your appointments to keeping our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, she is committed to providing you with exceptional care from the moment you walk through our doors.
Outside the clinic, she cherishes time with her family and embraces the great outdoors. As a proud member of a hockey-loving family, you'll often find her on the rink during the winter months. While she’s called Wyoming home all her life, her passion for exploration takes her beyond its borders whenever possible, seeking new experiences and adventures.

Maggie Urbigkit
PINEDALE OFFICE MANAGER
Maggie is our Pinedale clinic office manager. Whether it's scheduling, billing, or any other needs you might have, she will provide the most stress free and efficient process possible.
Maggie, a long time Sublette County resident, is a local sheep producer, wildlife photographer, and admirer of the outdoors. In her spare time you can often find her wandering the high desert landscapes, spending time with her animals, improving her sheep pastures, and otherwise enjoying our vast open spaces.
She excels at accommodating all of our patients' needs so that your experience with us is nothing short of enjoyable.
